JOB DESCRIPTION
Involved in the design, development, deployment, and support of software applications and technology solutions, with committed objectives, schedules, and costs
Participates in the establishment of technical objectives, work plans, schedules, and budgets; assumes accountability for program deliverables
Manages the daily activities to ensure assigned tasks are completed in accordance with time, cost and technical objectives
Participates in the development of long-range plans and devises engineering strategies consistent with those plans and offer both support and training
SOLUTIONS DEFINITION
Analyzes complex business requirements and recommends appropriate business solutions
Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions
Approves all business requirements prior to technical solution development
Represents the IT function at customer and program review meetings
DEVELOP PROJECT/PROGRAM PLAN
Identify key program deliverables and technical requirements
Identify key program metrics/milestones and assess risks
Identify resource requirements
Develop project/program budget
MANAGE PROJECT/PROGRAM DELIVERABLES
Assure compliance with international standards, such as process, methodology, and architecture
Communicate effectively at local and regional levels
Track key IT metrics/milestones and assess risks
Conduct periodic plan reviews; provide updates
Manage IT program to ensure deliverables are produced
PROJECT/PROGRAM NEGOTIATIONS
Negotiate within and across IT organizations for resources to support program objectives
Lead negotiations with vendors and internal clients on costs, due dates, and schedules
Negotiate contracts with business partners to meet change requirements while maintaining benefits

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED.
Bachelor degree in computer science
Strong communication, creative thinking and presentation skills
Demonstrated sales success in attaining objectives
Demonstrated success in managing large account relationships
Financial industry knowledge preferable
Ability to develop senior level business relationships with account prospects
Demonstrated performance and ability to sell value through a consultative selling approach
Minimum of 1-2 years of prior sales account management experience preferred
