JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a Global Consulting Firm, seeks the skills of a Telecommunications Engineer for their offices in Nicosia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Provide Pre Sales Support to Networking Customers
Able to design networks and provide solutions
Finding creative solutions to the challenges of network design, mobile communications, data service requirements, and internet and network signaling protocols;
Manage Customer incidents as assigned within the assigned specialization
Provide installation, maintenance and remedial repairs on equipment within an assigned area to assure continuity of customer operations.
Maximizing Customer Satisfaction by meeting the company’s Commitments and maintaining excellent relationships.
Respond to all customer concerns by resolution or escalating them to proper associate or team member.

NUMBER OF PERSONS REQUIRED : 1

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED. The candidate should ideally hold a degree in Computer Engineering or Telecoms Engineering with experience and skills as follows:
Bachelor degree in computer science or engineering
Design of Networks and Installation, Telecom background,familiarity with Cellular and SDH,IP,MPLS ,Frame Relay
Up to 3 years experience in Network Systems, preferred to have worked in a customer support environment.
Cisco Switches and Routers extensive knowledge or equivalent brands
Cisco Network Management knowledge is a must
Fluent in English
Customer Service orientation
Team Spirit
Ability to travel abroad (Africa & ME)
